AudioLab Rental (we, us) operates rental.audiolab.cz to offer professional audio equipment rentals. For privacy requests, use the channels on our Contact page.

We may process:

• Account details (name, email, phone, password hashes via our auth provider)
• Reservation and payment records (dates, equipment, amounts, payment status)
• Support messages you send through the contact form or email
• Technical logs needed for security, abuse prevention, and reliability

We use personal data to:

• Create and manage accounts and reservations
• Process payments (including offline payment records)
• Send transactional email (confirmations, status updates, reminders)
• Operate the service, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We use processors such as hosting, database/auth (Supabase), email delivery, and error monitoring to run the product. They process data on our instructions. Staff with appropriate roles can access reservation and customer data needed for operations.

We keep account and reservation records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account. Some records may be retained where we must keep them, for example completed rental history or invoices.

We apply access controls (including role-based admin access and row level security in our database) and industry-standard hosting practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use essential cookies and session storage for authentication and site preferences (such as theme). Analytics cookies, if introduced later, will be described here and consented where required.

We may update this policy from time to time. The Last updated date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
