Terms of Service

By creating an account, placing a reservation, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you rent on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

You must provide accurate contact and identity details. We may refuse, cancel, or require additional verification for any reservation, including where equipment availability, payment, or risk checks fail.

Reservations are requests until approved (or auto-confirmed where we enable that). Live availability is indicative. Final confirmation depends on stock, maintenance holds, and our approval workflow.

Minimum rental length is 1 day. Lead time before start may apply (0 days).

Prices are shown per equipment item for the selected dates and include applicable VAT. Delivery fees and discounts may apply. Payment status on your reservation reflects amounts we have recorded, including offline payments.

You are responsible for collecting and returning equipment on time in the same condition as issued, ordinary wear excepted. Late returns may incur additional rental days and/or late fees. Delivery is not currently offered. Pickup and return are at our warehouse.

You must use equipment as intended and follow any provided instructions. Damage, loss, or theft may result in charges up to replacement value, plus related fees. Do not modify, sub-rent, or remove serial labels from tracked units.

You may cancel before the rental start subject to our review. When cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, unused rental charges are typically refunded (excluding non-refundable fees already incurred).

Current policy level: flexible (cutoff 24 hours). Policy details may change. The settings in effect at booking time apply unless we agree otherwise in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudioLab Rental is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from rentals or site use. Our aggregate liability for a reservation is limited to the amounts you paid for that reservation.

Keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or repeated policy violations.
